PROGRAM INFORMATION
Short Description
Pursuant to Public Act 96-37, the Community Health Center Construction Act, the Capital Development Board in cooperation with the Illinois Department of Public Health is authorized to make grants available to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and FQHC Look-Alikes for the following purposes: Purchasing equipment, Acquiring a new physical location for the purpose of delivering health care services, and/or Constructing or renovating new or existing community health center sites.
