Objective
To provide legal representation to incarcerated people in clemency, parole, youth parole, medical release, administrative advocacy, and post-conviction; 2) to provide re-entry support and holistic case management services; 3) policy support for state agencies working with directly impacted people; 4) provide legal information and support for incarcerated people; and 5) train system impacted people to share legal information and support with stakeholders

Grantee will provide access for purposes of monitoring, audit and examination to all relevant books, documents, papers, and records, and to relevant books, documents, papers and records of subcontractors.
Audits
Grantee develops and maintains a record-keeping system to document all agreement related activities and expenditures. Records will act as the original source material for compilation of the data required, and all other program activity.
