Grantee will utilize grant funds for costs associated with administering Licensed Practical Nursing, Certified Nurse Assistant, and various other Nursing programs in Illinois. Grantee will administer Licensed Practical Nursing programs, Certified Nurse Assistant programs and other relevant Nursing programs per statutory regulations and ICCB-approved grant application. In addition to the uniform requirements in PART ONE, the Grantor has the following additional requirements for its Grantee: 1. Reporting Requirements. Grantees are required to submit quarterly reports, which include programmatic, performance and expenditure data, 30 days after the quarter ends detailing progress on program activities according to the following schedule: Quarter 1: July - September Due October 30 Quarter 2: October – December Due January 30 Quarter 3: January – March Due April 30 Quarter 4/Final: April – June Due July 30 The Grantee’s submitted and approved budget is incorporated herein in its entirety.
