Short Description
Grant Agreement between the Illinois Racing Board and Fairmount Park, Inc., a thoroughbred organization licensee ("Grantee"), for the award of the Board's distribution of funds from the Quarter Horse Purse Fund ""Grant Funds"), and the Grantee's use of those funds for the purpose of payment of purses for quarter horse races conducted by the Grantee, pursuant to Section 27 (a-5) and new Section 26-9 of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (230 ILCS 5/27 (a-5) and & 5/26.9, see Public Act 98-0624).
