Preapplication Coordination
All projects are submitted to IEMA as requested by the Illinois Terrorism Task Force (ITTF). All projects are based on risk-driven, capabilities-based strategic plans that outline high-priority needs relating to terrorism preparedness. In Illinois, projects are prioritized that support a regional and statewide preparedness effort to ensure standardization across the state.
Application Procedures
Submission of an approved project to the Illinois Terrorism Task Force (ITTF) organizations designated sub-committee prior to completion of the grant application
