Objective
Funds are to be allocated for the outfitting of a bus to develop the Mobile Museum of Tolerance. The interactive design of the MMOT and its activities and resources will align to Illinois Social Science mandates as well as Social Emotional Learning and other relevant Illinois Learning Standards. The Mobile Museum of Tolerance will serve: middle and high school students, faith groups, law enforcement, and community leaders. The goal is to serve up to 200 people per day, 6 days a week, over approximately 36 weeks per year, for a total of 43,200 in the first year. The MMOT will service all regions of the state. The development of interactive resources and curriculum materials aligned to relevant Illinois Learning Standards and mandates. To ensure the MMOT reaches all parts of the state and services as many students, teachers, and community members as possible.

Reports
Expenditure reports to be submitted on quarterly basis via IWAS. Programmatic reports are submitted on semi-annual basis via IWAS. Final programmatic report due 30 days after completion of grant period.
Audits
The audit requirements adopted by GATA include the adoption of the federal audit requirements (2 CFR 200.501), audit requirements for grantees and subrecipients that do not meet the federal audit requirements and audit requirements for “For Profit” subrecipients. For-profit Subrecipient. The PTE(s) is responsible for ensuring subrecipient compliance with established requirements. Methods to ensure compliance for State and federal awards to for profit subrecipients may include pre-award audits, monitoring during the agreement period of performance, and post-award audits.
