Uses and Restrictions
Purchasing educational technology (including hardware, software, and connectivity) for students who are served by the local educational agency that aids in regular and substantive educational interaction between students and their classroom instructors, including low-income students and students with disabilities, which may include assistive technology or adaptive equipment.
Reports
Expenditure reports to be submitted on quarterly basis via IWAS. Programmatic reports are submitted on semiannual basis via IWAS. Final programmatic report due 30 days after completion of grant period.
Audits
Required Audits: In accordance with the provisions of 2 CFR 200, Subpart F - Audit Requirements, nonfederal entities that expend financial assistance of $750,000 or more in Federal awards will have a single or a program-specific audit conducted for that year. Non-Federal entities that expend less than $750,000 a year in Federal awards are exempt from Federal audit requirements for that year, except as noted in 2 CFR 200.503
Records
Record Retention Policy for Program: In accordance with Section 443 of the General Education Provisions Act, as well as 34 CFR 75.730-732, 34 CFR 76.730-731, and 2 CFR 200.333, grantees must maintain records for 3 years.
