Short Description
Provides comprehensive healthcare to Illinois children up to age 19 who meet the financial and non financial eligibility criteria. Higher income families pay medical co-payments and monthly premiums. Children who do not have legal immigration status but are otherwise eligible receive healthcare coverage using state funds only.
