Beneficiary Eligibility
Beneficiary - Households 1 to 6 members with incomes at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level, households of 7 to 11 members at or below 60 percent of the state median income, and households of 12 or more at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty level.
