Objective
“Too Good for Violence Program” The objective of the program is to provide intervention and prevention services for youth at high risk of becoming victims of crime and/or potential offenders. The program consists of integrated best practices youth development initiatives that are proven to increase prosocial behaviors and positive youth interactions. The program components include mentoring, youth leadership and development, and summer internships. The program is effective in behavior modification, increase resiliency, reduced risk factors, improved academic performance, and leadership and skill development.
