STEM-UP program has a program model that will introduce predominantly Black and low income underemployed 17-24 year olds to careers in STEM fields. Track one will provide employment opportunities in the STEM career between 20-30 hours per week with correlative weekly education in STEM skills and careers. Track two will provide a suitable employment opportunity and STEM education
