Funding opportunity for an Adult Protective Services Provider Agency (APSPA) serving Counties outside of primary area. APSPA is a public or nonprofit within the Department's Service and Planning Area.
Beneficiary Eligibility
Persons age 60 and over or 18-59 with a disability who reside in domestic living situations within McLean and Livingston counties who may be victims of abuse, neglect, exploitation, and/or self-neglect.

Uses and Restrictions
Funding to assure the health, welfare, and safety of APS eligible adults through the transition of services from providers. Funding should assure adequate staff, technology, access to transportation, and any other expense to support the additional services areas outside normal counties.
Reports
Monthly reporting using the PPR and PFR. Detailed reports of any anticipated expenditures for which the Grantee is requesting additional payment in advance, separate from the payment tied to PPR/PFR.
Audits
Grantee shall be subject to the audit requirements contained in the Single Audit Acts Amendments of 1996 (31 USC 7501-7507) and subpart F of 2 CFR Part 200, and the audit rules and policies set forth by the Governor's Office of Management and Budget. See 30 ILCS 708/65(c); 44 Ill. Admin Code 7000.90.
Records
Grantee shall maintain for three (3) years from the date of submission of the financial expenditure report, adequate books, all financial records and, supporting documents, statistical records, and all other records pertinent to this Award, adequate to comply with 2 CFR 200.333.
