Short Description
Howard Area Community Center (HACC) seeks to expand their Clubhouse Arts and Technology Center which is available to youth and families within Rogers Park. This will allow more youth to spend time where they feel safe while engaging in exciting and motivating pro-social and educational projects. HACC will focus on activities, careers, and education that are related to digital film making, content creation, coding, and graphic arts.

Objective
The HACC Clubhouse serves youth people between 11-18 years of age who are residents of Rogers Park Chicago. 90% of their participants are Economically disadvantaged Youth, low income, high exposure to violence/trauma in their community and home. Rogers Park is also experiencing high crime daily.
