Funds must be awarded and used only for training and recruitment purposes.
Reports
Recipient must submit four quarterly reports for the year following the receipt of funds. Such reports must indicate how the subject funds were used. Recipient must submit a closeout report after all subject funds have been utilized.
Audits
Grantee develops and maintains a record-keeping system to document all agreement related activities and expenditures. Records will act as the original source material for compilation of the data required, and all other program activity.
Records
Grantee will provide access for purposes of monitoring, incluidong audit and examination to all relevant books, documents, papers, and records, and to relevant books, documents, papers and records of subcontractors.
