Short Description
Under the Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation, develop outreach at the housing areas to education and inform the asylum seekers about migrant child labor laws though outreach programs.
Federal Authorization
2CFR ยง300.1 Adoption of 2 CFR Part 200. Under the authority listed above, the Department of Labor adopts the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Guidance in 2 CFR part 200, and has codified the text, with HHS-specific amendments in 45 CFR part 75. Thus, this part gives regulatory effect to the OMB guidance and supplements the guidance as needed for the Department.
