The receipt and distribution of moneys shall be in accordance with Public Act 103-0006.
Deadlines
The game shall commence on January 1, 2024 or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practical. The Department shall consult with the Illinois DREAM Fund Commission established under Section 67 of the Higher Education Student Assistance Act regarding the design and promotion of the game. Funds will be disbursed to the Illinois DREAM Fund beginning July 1, 2024.
