Preapplication Coordination
"Application processing may vary depending on the type of grant, organization or individual: Most applications are entered using agency e-Granting system. The application is received and assigned an application number that will be used in future communication regarding that application. Applications which have been ruled ineligible or incomplete will not be reviewed. Applications are reviewed based on the evaluation criteria. The final recommendations are presented to the Board for their consideration and approval. A record of the review process is maintained for all reviewed applications, applicants are encouraged to call for review feedback after receiving decision notification.

Formula Matching Requirements
A cash match from non-State sources is required with the exception of award programs that do not require a cash match.

Reports
Acknowledgment of the National Endowment for the Arts must be prominently displayed in all materials and announcements related to Partnership Agreement activities for the duration of the period of performance for this award. Agency is required to complete and submit a final report no later than 90 days after the end date of the grant period. This report must include a charts of actual expenditures including administrative expenses verifying cash match; detail of the project activity and locations, a list of all grants, awards and activities carried out, and a list of the locations of all project activity.
