Short Description
The program provides grants for the creation of state revolving funds to provide financing for wastewater treatment facilities and other water quality management activities. Up to 4% of the grant may be used for administration. The maximum percentage that may be provided as an additional subsidy will range from 0%-30% based on the amount of the total appropriation. Specific priorities may vary from year to year.
