Short Description
Funding to be used to support AgeOptions hosting the Caregiver Specialist Training modules on the Rush Center for Excellence in Aging’s Learning Management System (LMS) through January 31, 2027.

Objective
Funds will be used to cover the contract costs for AgeOptions to host LMS. The contract to host LMS will allow caregivers to access supportive training modules within LMS.
UGA Program Terms
Funding will be used exclusively to cover the contractual costs of hosting LMS. Data will be shared with IDoA on a quarterly basis demonstrating participants/enrollees, outcomes, and additional information relevant to the use of the training.

Records
Records must be kept available for 3 years after submission of the final expenditure and programmatic report.
