Short Description
Employability Development
Arrange or provide for assistance in acquiring academic or vocational skills to enable individuals to obtain, retain, or improve employment and overcome barriers to employability. Services are provided to adults aimed at producing self-sufficiency or maximizing independence. These services include assistance in acquiring academic or vocational skills to enable individuals to obtain, retain or advance in employment and overcome barriers to employability, vocational testing and evaluation, vocational guidance and training, referrals to employment directed resources, occupational and rehabilitative training activities and post placement monitoring of an individual's situation.

1. # of children, seniors and other adults provided Title XX services.
2. # of Title XX service activities delivered.
