Short Description
This program focuses on self-sufficiency and self-support by assisting youth and adults with disabilities in preparing for competitive employment or higher education and/or independent skills training. Each contract must be matched 25% with locally generated funds. Specific demographics such as blind, visually impaired, or deaf/blind; deaf or hard of hearing; adults with disabilities; and youth with disabilities are targeted.
