Illinois Administrative Rules Authorization
Section 40. The amount of $6,694,300, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for grants and administrative expenses related to Metropolitan Family Services’ support of street intervention programming.
Objective
Communities Partnering 4 Peace (CP4P), focuses on a community-driven model that was built upon research and best-practices that could be adapted based on the identifying needs, community-assets, and strategic partnerships that are uniquely Chicago. As the coordinating body of CP4P, MFS is responsible for managing, funding, and monitoring sub-award grantees who are implementing intervention strategies under the CP4P model.

Audits
Grantee develops and maintains a record-keeping system to document all agreement related activities and expenditures. Records will act as the original source material for compilation of the data required, and all other program activity.
