Section 125. Section 1240. The amount of $7,500,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority a grant to Acclivus for costs associated with operating expenses.
Objective
Fund a team of experienced individuals who will serve individuals by providing assessments and linkages to mental, social, and economic resources. Provide case management to aide and support individuals progress in completing their action and goal plans.

Audits
Grantee develops and maintains a record-keeping system to document all agreement related activities and expenditures. Records will act as the original source material for compilation of the data required, and all other program activity.

Grantee will provide access for purposes of monitoring, audit and examination to all relevant books, documents, papers, and records, and to relevant books, documents, papers and records of subcontractors.
