Article 93, Section 55. The amount of $6,680,000, or so much thereof as maybe necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for a grant to Acclivus for violence prevention and reduction, including administrative costs.
Objective
Fund a team of experienced individuals who will serve individuals by providing assessments and linkages to mental, social, and economic resources. Provide case management to aide and support individuals progress in completing their action and goal plans.

Audits
Grantee develops and maintains a record-keeping system to document all agreement related activities and expenditures. Records will act as the original source material for compilation of the data required, and all other program activity.

Grantee will provide access for purposes of monitoring, audit and examination to all relevant books, documents, papers, and records, and to relevant books, documents, papers and records of subcontractors.
