PROGRAM INFORMATION
Short Description
State funding for intergovernmental agreements and grant agreements that support regional water supply planning. These are non-competitive grants that fund regional efforts to properly plan for the adequate quantity and quality of water for all users.

UGA Program Terms
27.1 The Cash Management requirements and Interest requirements listed in Paragraphs 4.3 and 4.6 of PART ONE respectively do not apply as there are no federal funds as part of this agreement and the Grantee is paid as reimbursement of prior project expenditures.
27.2 The full application completed for this grant including all attachments and budget is hereby incorporated into this agreement.
28.1 Periodic Financial Reports and Periodic Performance reports are due within thirty (30) days of the end of the quarter. The due dates are January 30, April 30, July 30 and October 30. The first report shall cover from the grant execution date to the end of the quarter when the grant was executed and therefore may cover less than one quarter. Referenced in paragraph 13.1 and 14.1.
28.2 Final Reports are due within ninety (90) days of the end of the grant. Final reports must include all final products produced under this grant and a narrative summary of work completed under the grant. Referenced in paragraph 13.2 and 14.2.
