Objective
To ensure self-sufficiency, sustainability, access to services and stability to Immigrant/Refugee LEP, Latin, Indigenous Latin, and Low-Income populations in the Chicagoland area particularly in Schaumburg Township, Cook County, Elgin Township, Kane County, Dundee Township, and Hanover Township.

Direct services program for social assistance to Refugee/Immigrant LEP and other adult populations.
Reports
Successful applicant will be required to submit: a) Monthly expenditure reports in the format prescribed by IDHS. b) Monthly program/service provision reports in the format developed jointly with IDHS. c) End of contract fiscal and program reports as required by IDHS.
Audits
Grantee will be subjected to monitoring/audit scheduled and delivered by the contract compliance unit.

The grantee is required to maintain program and fiscal records in accordance with GATA rules.
