The Office of Adult Services & Basic Supports provides a comprehensive array of programs to improve the health and well-being of families and individuals. FCS partners with community-based agencies to provide assistance to meet basic needs, such as, food, shelter, medical, as well as offer programming to support children and youth development and family and community safety.
