PROGRAM INFORMATION
Short Description
This funding will support the delivery of Case Management; Referral services and Crisis Intervention; and other supplemental services to Migrant/Seasonal farmworkers, immigrants and refugees. Each one of the program areas helps migrant, immigrant and refugee families achieve self-reliance and stability. It enables families to thrive within the community and provides the necessary resources and assistance required to function independently and self-sufficiently.
