Through collaboration with the Chicago Community College (CCC), CBOs, and the Network 7 Office, the Community Education Center will provide educational courses and employment training to predominantly immigrant LEP adult learners.

Education and employment training designed to enroll and enlist immigrant LEP community members within underserved, predominantly minority neighborhoods of Chicago.
Reports
Successful applicant will be required to submit: a) Monthly expenditure reports in the format prescribed by IDHS. b) Monthly program/service provision reports in the format developed jointly with IDHS. c) End of contract fiscal and program reports as required by IDHS.
Audits
Grantee will be subjected to monitoring/audit scheduled and delivered by the contract compliance unit.

The grantee is required to maintain program and fiscal records in accordance with GATA rules.
