Funding will be used to aid in the delivery of legal services to the underserved LEP Immigrant and refugee population which is often overlooked and underrepresented. The program will focus on providing immigration legal services to eligible immigrants seeking help with U-Visas, VAWA self-petitions, certain waiver of inadmissibility, family-based permanent resident status, asylum, removal proceedings, naturalization, green card renewals, DACA renewals, SIJC, short-term guardship for U.S. citizen minor children of undocumented parents and more.
