Short Description
This funding will support the delivery of Case Management; community education, workshops, employment training; and other supplemental services to LEP immigrants in West Chicago area and surrounding communities. Objective
To ensure ease of accessing state and federal social programs and case management and obtaining self-sufficiency and stability. The provider must meet the following performance standards. Provider will serve at least 80% of the projected number of clients. Provider will deliver at least 80% of projected services. Provider will submit 100% of required program and financial reports to IDHS, Bureau of Refugee & Immigrants Services by the 15th of the month following the reporting month.
