Objective
Response to COVID-19 public health emergency or its negative economic impact, including to provide assistance to households, small business, nonprofits and impacted industries, such as tourism, travel and hospitality; respond to workers performing essential work during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing premium pay to eligible workers of the State, metropolitan city, county or non-entitlement units of local governments.

Audits
Grantee develops and maintains a record-keeping system to document all agreement related activities and expenditures. Records will act as the original source material for compilation of the data required, and all other program activity. Recipients must submit an annual audit report in accordance with the 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Requirements. Future awards and fund drawdowns may be withheld if audit reports are delinquent. Expenditures from prior to June 30, 2023 were federal funds and are subject to 2 CFR 200 audit requirements.
Records
Grantee will provide access for purposes of monitoring, audit and examination to all relevant books, documents, papers, and records, and to relevant books, documents, papers and records of subcontractors. In addition to implementing the funded project consistent with the approved project proposal and budget, agencies selected for funding must comply with applicable grant terms and conditions and other legal requirements, including GATA, and the U.S. Department of Justice Grants Financial Guide.
