Short Description
This funding will be used to provide faith communities with the tools and framework to provide housing, support, and accompaniment that can successfully provide migrants with what they need to attain confidence, legal and medical services, education, economic stability, emotional wellness, and empowerment.

To ensure self-sufficiency, sustainability, access to services and stability to Immigrant/Refugee LEP populations in the Chicagoland area.
UGA Program Terms
Migrant and Homeless Assistance and Support Program will be offered to immigrants, refugees and LEP clients.

Non-for-profit service provider with experience and desire to work with and administer Migrant and Homeless Assistance and Support program to predominantly immigrant LEP community members.

Reports
Successful applicant will be required to submit: a) Monthly expenditure reports in the format prescribed by IDHS. b) Monthly program/service provision reports in the format developed jointly with IDHS. c) End of contract fiscal and program reports as required by IDHS.
Audits
Grantee will be subjected to monitoring/audit scheduled and delivered by the contract compliance unit.
Records
The grantee is required to maintain program and fiscal records in accordance with GATA rules.
