Providing resources to help scale up local food production and supply chains to meet the needs of Illinois communities; and/or training for proper use of equipment/worker safety/food training safety.
UGA Program Terms
Funding through this program will compliment Grantor's Local Food Purchase Assistance program by providing resources to help awardees scale up production, storage capacity or distribution capacity and connect with local food buyers.
