Short Description
This funding will be used to inform and educate immigrant seniors (65 years and older) about essential public benefits and provide complete assistance in accessing them. The program will include but are not limited to Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicare, Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Benefit Access, Medicare Savings Program (MSP); Marketplace Enrollment and other such benefits. The program improves access to health and economic benefits, empowering seniors financially so they age well in a dignified way.

Reports
Successful applicant will be required to submit: a) Monthly expenditure reports in the format prescribed by IDHS. b) Monthly program/service provision reports in the format developed jointly with IDHS. c) End of contract fiscal and program reports as required by IDHS
Audits
Grantee will be subjected to monitoring/audit scheduled and delivered by the contract compliance unit.
