Funding will be used to aid in the delivery of direct services and support to limited-resource immigrant and refugee families, as well as recent arrivals from the border.

Applicant Eligibility
Community-based agency with experience providing case management and emergency services to over a 1000 recent arrival and migrant/immigrant families and has assisted with the process of facilitating the move for families housed at hotels to more stable apartment housing. The program has also assisted families with placing their children in school and referring individuals for adult education services.

Successful applicant will be required to submit: a) Monthly expenditure reports in the format prescribed by IDHS. b) Monthly program/service provision reports in the format developed jointly with IDHS. c) End of contract fiscal and program reports as required by IDHS

Grantee will be subjected to monitoring/audit scheduled and delivered by the contract compliance unit.
