Illinois Administrative Rules Authorization
Section 110. The amount of $1,550,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for grants and administrative services associated with violence prevention programs, youth employment programs, and operational expenses to the following named entities, in the approximate amounts below:

ICJIA Direct Line Appropriation; Recommendations will be forwarded to the ICJIA Budget Committee for preliminary approval and applicants will be notified of the Committee's decision.

The program design includes a comprehensive array of community-based prevention and intervention services, including youth employment.

Audits
Grantee develops and maintains a record-keeping system to document all agreement related activities and expenditures. Records will act as the original source material for compilation of the data required, and all other program activity.
Recipients must submit an annual audit report in accordance with the 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Requirements. Future awards and fund drawdowns may be withheld if audit reports are delinquent.
Expenditures from prior to June 30, 2023 were federal funds and are subject to 2 CFR 200 audit requirements.
Records
Grantee will provide access for purposes of monitoring, audit and examination to all relevant books, documents, papers, and records, and to relevant books, documents, papers and records of subcontractors.
In addition to implementing the funded project consistent with the approved project proposal and budget, agencies selected for funding must comply with applicable grant terms and conditions and other legal requirements, including GATA, and the U.S. Department of Justice Grants Financial Guide.
