2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards applies to this program. Comply with E.O. 12372, 'Intergovernmental Review of Federal Programs,' and submit a completed Standard Form 424 'Application for Federal Assistance (Non-construction)' and project proposal (work plan), financial plan, curriculum vitae, and other required certifications to the appropriate APHIS area, regional, or Headquarters Office.
