Section 1495. The sum of $50,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for a grant to Englewood Heroes for violence prevention services and any associated administrative expenses.
Objective
Provide operational expenses to a violence prevention program. Includes but not limited to serving individuals in high risk communities.

Grantee will provide access for purposes of monitoring, audit and examination to all relevant books, documents, papers, and records, and to relevant books, documents, papers and records of subcontractors.
Audits
Grantee develops and maintains a record-keeping system to document all agreement related activities and expenditures. Records will act as the original source material for compilation of the data required, and all other program activity.
