Illinois Administrative Rules Authorization
Section 205,210,215 & 230. The amount of $2,425,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for administrative costs and grants to the following named entities. The combined cost of grants and administrative expenses associated with each grant shall equal the approximate amounts below. For grants to
Helping Our People Excel (HOPE) $125,000
Institute on Public Safety and Social Justice $200,000
Cross Communities Climate Collaboration $300,000
Roseland Ceasefire $1,800,000
Objective
Provide operational expenses to a violence prevention program. Includes but not limited to serving individuals in high risk communities.

Grantee will provide access for purposes of monitoring, audit and examination to all relevant books, documents, papers, and records, and to relevant books, documents, papers and records of subcontractors.
Audits
Grantee develops and maintains a record-keeping system to document all agreement related activities and expenditures. Records will act as the original source material for compilation of the data required, and all other program activity.
