Short Description
The Governor and the General Assembly directs the Department of Commerce to administer grants to specific local governments, units of government, educational facilities, and not-for-profit organizations for specific miscellaneous purposes to bolster the states economy, promote a clean environment, and improve the overall quality of life throughout the state of Illinois. This is not a competitive program.
