Uses and Restrictions
All expenditures must support outreach activities that enable the contractual viticulturist and enologist to provide direct assistance to Illinois wineries and grape growers.
Reports
Quarterly progress and financial reports are due on the last day of the month following the close of each quarter. A final, written report is due by September 30th after the end of the grant. This report must include a project narrative evaluating the success of the project and identify the performance measures used in the evaluation. Also required are a budget worksheet detailing all grant-funded expenditures and copies of invoices and other supporting documentation. Records pertaining to the grant must be kept for a minimum of three years and readily available for inspection and audit by the Illinois Department of Agriculture, the Illinois Attorney General, the Illinois Auditor General or any of their duly authorized representatives.
